Always Remember 9/11

I am lucky enough to have visited the World Trade Center the summer before 9/11 and the beautiful Memorial this summer in NYC. Always remember those who sacrificed their life for our country and those who were tragically in the wrong place at the wrong time. Live life knowing that yours could be cut short at any given moment. Tell your family and friends that you love them, appreciate them and thank them. The worst feeling is not getting to say your last words to someone, so instead of waiting for tragedy, make the most of each moment now. ♥

UPDATED Favorite Online Shopping Sites!

Let me start off by saying that I have an online shopping addiction. Seriously, every day on my computer I go to many of these sites to see what new items they have. Though, with my college student budget, I don't end up buying half of what I originally put in my shopping cart. These sites- some strictly online, some are boutiques, others found at the mall- have on-trend, affordable inventory that I highly recommend checking out!

Fall Ulta/TJ Maxx Haul

I could say Fall is my favorite season, for I do love the pumpkin craze (frappuccinos, candles, etc.), but unfortunately being in the middle of Florida, we don't really see (or feel) the seasons. In fact, I have NEVER once in my 21 years of life seen Fall leaves. Call me deprived? Yes...but I do get to go to the beach on Christmas if I want to! My day will come to see Fall leaves...and to see snow for the first time! I'm graduating in May and most likely moving back up to NYC. You better believe I will be in Central Park taking in the Fall beauty as often as I can!!

tea...fretting and new stuff...

 ....so off went our eldest on a big yellow bus to high school...I have been fretting all morning and drinking lots of tea...

 I popped off into my little shed and got on with some work to distract me :)

so all my little makes that I had been working away on at night in the school holidays are now listed in my little shop

 

I have been ruthless and chopped into my favourite fabrics for these....there are owlies..

I have fretted a bit more and drank more tea and looked at the clock....

soon be home time and the quiet will be gone and I'll have another cup of tea while listening to tales of big school :)

the lolly dollys meet some boys.....

hello....I'm still here, just enjoying the last day of freedom before school starts again...it's a big week..#1 is starting high school and I'm panicking about buses and bus stops and how to put on a tie....but it will be fine and the house will be quiet again and I will miss them :)

but before I disappear again to buy last minute bits and pieces...I'm sharing the Lolly stick boys that I have had requests for...

they are done in just the same way as the Dolly's...

I did mine with tapes but the boys made theirs with just pens :)

so now I need to go and buy more pens and pencil cases and write up my little summer journal so we can remember the all fun stuff we did...

my little 20% sale ends tonight and I will be re-stocking the littleteawagon shelves on wednesday :)

She has a great sense of city style and enjoys sharing healthy recipes to help other girls be happy with their bodies.

• When you watch Rachel's videos, you can only imagine how incredibly sweet and genuine she is. She has experience in the industry and brings forth her knowledge for staying healthy and maintaining good skin. She updates her blog very frequently and is a part of my list of what to browse before going to sleep each night! She also includes fashion/OOTDs into her videos and blog, as well as relationship advice.

She suffered with acne in the past and has shared her stories to overcome and maintain better skin. She's also awesome to follow on Instagram, so check her out there too!
